Grievance & Anti Ragging Cell

Introduction

The College has a Grievance Redressal Cell. In order to ensure transparency with paramount objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide a mechanism to innocent students and staff for redressal of thier grievances.

Aims and Objectives:

The Aim of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. A Grievance Cell has been constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the staff and students of the College.

Introduction

Ragging means display of noisy, disorderly conduct, doing any act which causes or is likely to cause physical or physiological harm or raise apprehension or fear or shame or embarrassment to a student in any educational institution.
Juniors are requested to report about any ragging activity to the officials immediately without any fear. ANTIRAGGING NOTIFICATION ( From www.aicte-india.org )

Objectives

i. To make MES College of Engineering Campus “Zero Tolerance for Ragging” and Ragging free Zone by weeding out ragging in all its forms.
ii. To absolutely prohibit ragging within or outside the college campus.
iii. To prevent the occurrence of ragging by following anti ragging measures in the institution.
iv. To provide punishment to those indulging in ragging as per the guidelines.
v. To sensitize students, staff and parents to adopt measures that will prevent ragging
